Testimonials
"We now have a much better handle on what devices we have and who has them. The connection between tickets, students, and devices gives us the whole picture instead of disjointed information."
— Jessica Ax, Director of Technology, Innovation, and Assessment, Moreno Valley
"The goal of Incident IQ isn’t to [just] answer tickets. It’s to provide a high-quality service experience for everyone in your community."
— Laura Browder, Senior Executive Director of Technology Operations, Austin Independent School District
"I had somebody ask me if I had these books. For the first time ever, I was able to pull up the information on my computer and say: ‘Yeah, I have 23 of them in the warehouse.’ I felt great! Usually I have to drive all the way down to the warehouse to physically count and see."
— Diana Taylor, Executive Secretary of Curriculum and Assessment, Canon City Schools

Frequently asked questions
Are there limits on users or tickets?
No. iiQ does not limit the number of users or requests your district can submit. Pricing is not tied to seats, tickets, or usage, so teams across departments can work without restrictions or penalties.
What is included with an iiQ agreement?
Every iiQ agreement includes onboarding, configuration, training, ongoing support, and access to updates and enhancements to the platform.
Are integrations included?
iiQ supports integrations with a wide range of third-party systems. Many integrations are included at no additional cost, while select partner integrations may require an additional fee. Your iiQ representative can review integration options and pricing during the planning process.
Can we add products later?
Yes. Districts can start with the products they need today and add additional products over time as operational needs expand.
How long are contracts?
iiQ agreements are typically annual, with multi-year options available. Contract terms can be aligned to district budgeting and planning needs.
